Reflection Paper

              For the Three to Four months of training,I could say it was really such a great adventure, It was really a great experience for me and i would treasure it for my whole life. This was the first time that i've felt being like an employee, I've never imagined such thrilling event in my life.All of the Struggling,sacrifices,pain,laughter and the happiness,  that we've shared, Its amazing how we've been able to gained such memories and experience for a very short period of time. During the training i almost forgot that i was just an ojt student, i felt that i was already an employee and ive been part of the company.
.I just feel sad right now because sooner or later all of this thing will end ,eventually.But everything that ive experienced during the precious days of training i think All seems to worth it. Imagine for a short period of time in training i've been able to do things which also an employee does
,Ive been asked to do something like even a very lowest employees work,
,Ive learned on how to cooperate with others regardless if your are an employee or just an Ojt students,
,and the best part of everything that ive learned was, communicating with others was really the most important thing to learn, because doing things without consulting someone or asking for suggestions of the others will make everything worst, relying only to yourself and trusting on things that you only got will end up to a total chaos.We have to cooperate with others and We Have to work as team, because we cannot make things successful by relying only to ourselves ,and that's a really great lesson that ive learned during the training days.

71th to 73th Day


Octoberber 14-16, 2013 - We're finishing now some process with the system because any day now, we will be leaving the client and maybe 2 to 3 times a week only were visiting the company, so that we've gathered some data's that we might gonna need in the future, and we've submit the evaluation paper to the supervisor we will take it tomorrow from him, i hope he wont fail us.^^

68th to 70th Day

Octoberber 10-12 2013 - we're taking care of all the requirements that we have to pass, and blogging our daily events into the blogspot that we've created, and that was a tiring work to do.

66th to 67th Day

Octoberber 4-5 2013 - We've proceed on developing the system, which we're still at payroll, and We've gathered some data about what really are the contributions process and how all of its data being maipulate.

61th to 65th Day

September 28 2013 - We thought that we're already done with the attendance, so we've proceed to the payrol system already.

September 30 2013 - We've helped the employees to carry such a very heavy metal , from the ground floor up to the third floor of the building, it was like a divider of the system administrator stuf thing with a height of 7 feet. it were 5 employees plus the two of us, me and my groupmate and a total of 7 people who have carried that big thing up to the third floor, just imagine how heavy it was?. . haha. .. we are really that strong. hehe

Octoberber 1 2013 - Today' we've proceed to the payroll part of the system, and that part was really such a pain.

Octoberber 2 2013 - In the payroll part we're already at the cash advance part of the payrol.

Octoberber 3 2013 - We've gathered some data about the contributions of the employees that will be deducted every payroll.

56th to 60th day

September 23 2013 - We've put some editing on the attendance and deleting as well, i think our supervisor will aggree with this idea that we made.

September 24 2013 - Well, today i came late, so there are 3 - 4 hours left for me to stay here in the office, i was late because i woke up 11 oclock of the morning already.

September 25 2013 - I and my groupmate decided that tomorrow we will show the progress of the system.

September 26 2013 - It was almost one already since we've started to create the attendance, and then suddenly the client want us to change it, he want us to make it more simple so it could be more like a user friendly, i felt very angry to him, imagine it took us alomost a month to create that attendance part of the system and suddenly he want us to change it. .. hrrrrrrr

September 27 2013 - We've made what the supervisor's suggestions about the system with regards to the attendance and then we showed it to him and then he was happy about the progress of it.

51th to 55tth Day

September 17 2013 - Today, we've continue on developing the system, while i we'ere waiting to him, i made a little research using the computer of the employee there because he was assigned to do something in the other room, i were really lucky today cause i was able to searched some things i wanted to know.

September 18 2013 - Well, it seems that the owner of the company wants payroll system badly they are presuring us to finish it immediately, but it was really impossible to finish it quickly.

September 19 2013 - Today, weve continue on developing the system, we're almost done on the atendance there were just a little bugs though. . but were going to fix it.

September 20 2013 - We've decided that we're going to show progress of the attendance that we made to the supervisor this week becuse its almost done.

September 21 2013 - Its been a long time since some employee have given me a task , well im happy because finally  there's some task i have to do.
