For the Three to Four months of training,I could say it was really such a great adventure, It was really a great experience for me and i would treasure it for my whole life. This was the first time that i've felt being like an employee, I've never imagined such thrilling event in my life.All of the Struggling,sacrifices,pain,laughter and the happiness, that we've shared, Its amazing how we've been able to gained such memories and experience for a very short period of time. During the training i almost forgot that i was just an ojt student, i felt that i was already an employee and ive been part of the company.
.I just feel sad right now because sooner or later all of this thing will end ,eventually.But everything that ive experienced during the precious days of training i think All seems to worth it. Imagine for a short period of time in training i've been able to do things which also an employee does
,Ive been asked to do something like even a very lowest employees work,
,Ive learned on how to cooperate with others regardless if your are an employee or just an Ojt students,
,and the best part of everything that ive learned was, communicating with others was really the most important thing to learn, because doing things without consulting someone or asking for suggestions of the others will make everything worst, relying only to yourself and trusting on things that you only got will end up to a total chaos.We have to cooperate with others and We Have to work as team, because we cannot make things successful by relying only to ourselves ,and that's a really great lesson that ive learned during the training days.

71th to 73th Day
Octoberber 14-16, 2013 - We're finishing now some process with the system because any day now, we will be leaving the client and maybe 2 to 3 times a week only were visiting the company, so that we've gathered some data's that we might gonna need in the future, and we've submit the evaluation paper to the supervisor we will take it tomorrow from him, i hope he wont fail us.^^
68th to 70th Day
Octoberber 10-12 2013 - we're taking care of all the requirements that we have to pass, and blogging our daily events into the blogspot that we've created, and that was a tiring work to do.
66th to 67th Day
Octoberber 4-5 2013 - We've proceed on developing the system, which we're still at payroll, and We've gathered some data about what really are the contributions process and how all of its data being maipulate.
61th to 65th Day
September 28 2013 - We thought that we're already done with the attendance, so we've proceed to the payrol system already.
September 30 2013 - We've helped the employees to carry such a very heavy metal , from the ground floor up to the third floor of the building, it was like a divider of the system administrator stuf thing with a height of 7 feet. it were 5 employees plus the two of us, me and my groupmate and a total of 7 people who have carried that big thing up to the third floor, just imagine how heavy it was?. . haha. .. we are really that strong. hehe

September 24 2013 - Well, today i came late, so there are 3 - 4 hours left for me to stay here in the office, i was late because i woke up 11 oclock of the morning already.
September 25 2013 - I and my groupmate decided that tomorrow we will show the progress of the system.
September 26 2013 - It was almost one already since we've started to create the attendance, and then suddenly the client want us to change it, he want us to make it more simple so it could be more like a user friendly, i felt very angry to him, imagine it took us alomost a month to create that attendance part of the system and suddenly he want us to change it. .. hrrrrrrr
September 27 2013 - We've made what the supervisor's suggestions about the system with regards to the attendance and then we showed it to him and then he was happy about the progress of it.

September 18 2013 - Well, it seems that the owner of the company wants payroll system badly they are presuring us to finish it immediately, but it was really impossible to finish it quickly.

September 12 2013 - Today, the payrol admin of the company told us if we want to go to the field so that we could experience how does it feel being out of the office, but my groupmate think that its not a good idea, he said we should just focus on developing the system.
September 13 2013 - Well, today i thought that, nowadays, being late has been my hobby ,haha, i cant blame my self i we're always sleeping so late at night doing the system, and that made me late these past few weeks, hoping that my groupmate and to the employees in company that we're having our ojt that they would understand why i've been a little bit late coming to the office for these past few weeks.

September 3 2013 - Today, We've gathered some data with regards to the system, which includes the input of the attendance which was not supposed to in our system, but they want us to put it in the system thats why we dont have a choice but to do it. ..
September 4 2013 - We've continue developing the system, we were in the part of attendance which was inputing and counting the attendance data.

August.15 2013 - this is also just an ordinary day, it feels nice that today our advisor have given us some task, the task was to take the chairs from the fourth floor and then bring it to the third floor, it may seem funny to others but for us, its already been a great pleasure for us that we have contribute to the company even though how small thing is it, but for us its already been a big deal.
August. 16 2013 - as usual im late again but my groupmate was really more late than me, its not new to me and to us, hes doing it all the time, some employees there ask me to take some papers from the second floor while im developing the system. . .and then after that im back to my business again. . .and a while ago, we had our afternoon snack, a delicious pancit , , ,yummy. haha. .. its totally free!. . .and after the snack. . back again to my work. ^^
August 17 2013 - Today!, i and my groupmate made a great interview to some employees in the company but it seems that we didn't get all of the information that we needed because during that time the employees are starting to get busy, so we have decided to continue the interview next time. . .
August 19 2013 - Today, i were a little bit nervous to go to the office because i just had my new hair cut, so I don't know what will people say about my look, well, im glad bcoz just some of the employee noticed my new hair cut. well anyway, in the afternoon,we had again our interview for the development of the system, and then unfortunately some of the employees have complaint to us for being noisy. i guess they just dont know why were being a little bit noisy there. . . hehe. . ^^
August 20 2013 - I were late today, i arrived at the office more than 10am. well i think this was the day that i came very late. Well there was a reason why i came late, its just because last night i was finishing some parts of the system and then I didn't noticed that its already more than 12am in the morning, so I had no choice, its for the sake of our future . .. haha . . and then after that I took slept already. AUgust 10 2013 - Well, today was Saturday, doing our daily routine here in the office, and then in the afternoon something happened but not really that big, it was just we've met our co-ojt in the office from the different school, well, its kind happy that were not the only ojt students in that company. .:P
August 12 2013 - I became a little bit earlier today as i were compare to this past few weeks, i made it to my self to woke up earlier this time, well, when i got to the office there was a meeting of some employees and it seems that there was a problem with internet in the company, so thats why the employees were waiting for it to comeback and then so what did for the mean time while waiting for the internet to comeback was that were chatting to each other,talking something about movies for what is the most coolest movies to watch for the month,and after a couple of minutes the internet came back,. . . and also during this day, there was an employee who have her birthday today thats why she brought us a couple of spaghetti, well honestly it was delicious. . . . .:P
August 13 2013 - today i wasnt able to the office because i was doing our system in our boarding house, ive decided not to attend my on job training today because i want to finish some important part of our system, so that i can concentrate in making it. well fortunately there were some progress and i happy for it, and its totally worth it.
August 14 2013 - all i do in the morning was to sit beside of my sitmate with this cool chair, it is an office chair and it feels really nice to twist my body while im observing my sitmate employee. . .and a couple of minutes my groupmate came finally. . . and then he lend me his laptop to start coding again. . .haha!

August 6 2013 - Me and my groupmate plus one employee the total of 3 person were assigned this morning to fix the printer downstairs and i and my groupmate obviosly dont know anything about fixing printers so we've just watched the employee fixing it by himself and he thought us how to refill the ink and how to do some cleaning first before using it so that it can give a excellent service. . .^^
August 7 2013 - Well, i guess today was the most happiest bonding with the employees because after the office hour this afternoon, the employees invited us to come with them to some bar somewhere in legazpi, they say its not that new, its just they want us to come with them so that we could have some fun together and we could know each other more, And that was really the most happiest day that i've ever had during ojt days. . .^_^

July 22 2013 - Today im a little bit satisfied and happy, because after all those days on the office i wasnt able to do something in the office, i was waiting waiting for someone to give me some task. . .Well fortunately it happened today, the employee ask me to get some paperworks downstairs and then I hand it over to the employee, im very happy during that time for I were able to do something for them even just a little thing . . .

Fifth Day
July 20 2013 - We've been busy this week, and maybe also next week, because we were preparing for the upcoming proposal defense this month, so that's why im only half day today, and i spend the rest of the afternoon in the school together with my group-mate.
Third And Fourth Day
July 17 - Well today my group-mate was late, so it means it going to be a boring day again . what i did is that to make me do something is that, i ask one employee there which is a web developer of the company were only one meter away from me sitting in-front of me. well i observe and ask him in everything he was doing for the company and then he said he is developing a website for the company, i was asking him everything about programming so that i can gain knowledge and also to lessen my boredom. well is kind a great that I've got a new friend in this company and he always gave me advise about information tech, also to the programming, and feels great that im learning from him and i was able to share everything i know.
July 18 - Today, was a great day, because I donnot feel bored any more, because ive found someone to talk to; and we've been doing great now, we've been sharing our knowledge to each other , and its been great that i've learned something new everyday, and all day that's what ive been doing, observing him in developing the website and then asking him everything that I don't know.

First and Second Day
July 15- Today is our first day of our ojt and its been very late for us to start at this month, because theres been so many problems and obstacles weve been encountered during the days of taking care of our requirements for the ojt.But , Well anyway im very excited for this today to have our very first ojt, sad to say that at the first day of it, ive came a little bit late just because there's always been a traffic at the front part of the aquainas university. thats why im late during this day. Well this day was a little bit boring because were not doing anything there and were just sitting all day and its kind a really tiring thing to do without doing anything at all.
